"Overall, we had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. The main villa is very nicely appointed, and the private sandy beach just a few minutes walk away was amazing! Lots of great common space to eat and play games, overall – a really great long weekend. The pool deck area had great views and overall it was really a perfect setup for group trip, we LOVED it! Additionally, the pre-trip planning was incredibly thorough and Rosa was very helpful.A few misses:1) The ice machine was broken- we were told it was just “turning on” but it never produced ice, so we had to get more delivered from the store2) While Hector was very nice, he wasn’t very available during our stay. We asked for an additional set of groceries once we got to the villa, and ended up never getting the extra groceries. We asked him to arrange a taxi for us and it arrived 15 minutes late and overcharged us.3) The initial grocery stock was nice, however we were stocked with some pretty bad wine that we didn’t ask for and didn’t drink for but unfortunately had to pay for4) The 5th bedroom is separated from the rest of the house, and is essentially an offshoot of the garage. It doesn’t have much natural light, just something to note."

Experience the Sea Turtle Release in Los Cabos

From June through September, the sea turtles return to their home beaches on the Baja California peninsula to lay eggs on the coast of their birthplace. Baja Sea Turtle Facts 

The Sea of Cortez and Baja California peninsula are home to five species of sea turtles - Hawksbill, Loggerhead, Leatherback, Green Turtle and Olive Ridley - all of which are endangered. Here are a few fun facts about this majestic animal:

• Sea turtles are one of the most ancient species that inhabit the earth, being here for over 110 million years. 
• 5 out of 7 of the world's endangered sea turtle species inhabit Baja California peninsula. 
• 2 of those 5 nest in Los Cabos, the Oliver Ridley and the Leatherback. 
• The Oliver Ridley is the smallest sea turtle species. 
• The Leatherback Sea Turtle, the largest of the sea turtle species, can grow to weight as much as 2000 lbs! It is also the deepest diving and most migratory of all sea turtles. 
• It is estimated that 35,000 sea turtles are illegally hunted and killed annually throughout Baja California.
• The correct term for a baby turtle is "hatchling." 
• Hatchlings do not have sex chromosomes. Their gender is determined by the temperature within the nest.
• Only about 1 in every 1,000 sea turtle offspring will survive the treacherous journey from the nest to maturity. 
• Once mature, sea turtles don't have many predators, but the hatching process can be quite dangerous due to birds and sand crabs.
• Most mature sea turtles return to the same beach they were born to lay their eggs. 
• Typically, sea turtles will come out at night and leave before sunrise. 
• A sea turtle's shell makes it easy for them to swim underwater, but unlike other turtles, they cannot retract into their shells.

In 2000 Bisbee’s Black & Blue Tournaments expanded to the east side of the Baja California Sur peninsula with the East Cape Offshore Tournament in Buenavista. In addition to marlin, this tournament includes dorado and tuna. The event is a laid back, "Cabo fishing as it used to be" type of event. 

AUGUST 8-14: ATP World Tour 250 Tennis Tournament

This tennis tournament will have a total financial commitment of nearly $800,000, ranking as the highest in its category in the Americas region. The new hard court tournament will take place from August 8 to August 14 and will showcase the unique natural beauty of one of Mexico's most important tourist destinations.

SEPTEMBER 21-25: Cabo Comedy Festival 

The Cabo Comedy Festival will bring numerous well-known standup comedians to Los Cabos. OCTOBER 14-16: Los Cabos Off-Shore Tournament  

After the success of both the Black & Blue Marlin Tournament and the East Cape Offshore Tournament, Bisbee's started the Los Cabos Offshore Tournament in 2002. Taking place just days before the Black & Blue Tournament, this event is nicknamed "Little Bisbee's." It's a very social event full of camaraderie where friends can meet, swap stories and get in a few days of fishing before the "Big Show."

OCTOBER 18-22: Black & Blue Marlin Tournament 

Started in 1981, the Black & Blue Marlin Tournament has grown from 6 teams with a purse of $10,000 to more than 150 teams with millions of dollars on the line. About Baja 500

The Baja 500 race began in 1969. In 1974, Mexican government officials asked SCORE International to take over the event. The race is approximately 500 miles and is one of the most grueling races in off-road racing history. Many off-road racers from around the world come to compete in this iconic race, just for the chance to say they've participated. For the lucky few, they can add a win to their record. Must Attend Events

• SCORE Contingency: In Ensenada, race vehicles and teams take over several blocks of one of the main boulevards. Fans are able to see racers and their vehicles up-close. Most teams pass out free swag and sign autographs. Make sure to get there early though, as the crowds are huge!
• Monster Energy Papas & Beer Street Party: The Monster Street Party happens before the race and is a great way to see teams and celebrities. Here you can dance, drink and enjoy local food with other fans and the race teams. 
• Baja 500 Race Day: While it's difficult to watch a 500-mile race in person, one of the best spots to be is at the start/finish line area. The racers will also drive through town prior to hitting the desert track, so there are other popular spots you can watch them from as well.  
• Many local restaurants and hot-spots are filled with fans in a festive mood to celebrate the race!

"Casa Corona is a beautiful house! The details were very high end and the rooms were very large and the bathrooms even more so. The location is great, very close to Costco and Walmart for your every need. Just a short ride to town as well. Ricardo, our concierge was very attentive and helpful. He made dinner reservations, zip lining arrangements and of course airport arrangements. We very much enjoyed having a breakfast and a dinner prepared by the chef staff. Very organized, clean, and delicious! This was a perfect house for the group we had. 2016 Black & Blue Schedule of Events

The Bisbee's Black & Blue Marlin Tournament is hard to describe if you've never been there. It's five days of organized chaos, full of hard-core excitement. With the beautiful and lively city of Cabo San Lucas as the backdrop, thousands of people crowd the marina walkways to shop, party and watch huge fish being weighed in at the scales in front of the world-famous Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza. It's a once in a lifetime experience you'll never forget!

Tuesday, October 18 - Registration

• 2-6 PM - Registration and Distribution of Team Bags - in front of Puerto Paraiso Mall.
• 6-7 PM - Captains Meeting at Puerto Paraiso Mall - at least one team member must attend.
• 7-9 PM - Opening Ceremonies Begin - Flag Honors with Mexican Naval Escort, Mexican National Anthem, Pre-Colombian New Fire Dance, Lighting of the Tournament Torch, Japanese Taiko Drums, and Music by Cabomax.

Wednesday - Thursday - Friday, October 19-21 - Fishing Days

• 8 AM - Shotgun Start
• 8 AM-5 PM - Tournament Fishing - lines must be out of the water by 5 PM.
• 3-9 PM - Weigh Station Open - in front of the Puerto Paraiso Mall. (Boats inside the harbour entrance by 9 PM can weigh.)

Saturday, October 22 - Awards Celebration 

• 7-8:30 PM - Awards Celebration - starts off with cocktails, followed by dinner and a big screen presentation of the tournament video. The awards presentation starts after viewing the tournament video, and is followed by music by Cabomax. (Open to tournament participants only.)

2016 Los Cabos Offshore Schedule of Events

The Bisbee's Los Cabos Offshore Tournament takes place just days before the Black & Blue Tournament. Nick-named the "Little Bisbee's," it's a very social event full of camaraderie, where friends can meet, swap stories and get in a few days of fishing before the "Big Show."

Friday, October 14 - Registration

• 3-7 PM - Registration and Distribution of Team Bags at the Tesoro Los Cabos Resort (Look for the lighthouse.)
• 7-7:30 PM - Angler, Captain and Deckhand Meeting - at least one team member must attend.
• 7:30-9 PM - Kick-Off Cocktail Party at the Tesoro Los Cabos Resort (Look for the lighthouse.)

Saturday, October 15 - Fishing Day 1

• 8 AM - Shotgun Start
• 8 AM-5 PM - Tournament Fishing - lines must be out of the water by 5 PM.
• 3-8 PM - Weigh Station Open - in front of the Puerto Paraiso Mall.

Sunday, October 16 - Fishing Day 2 & Awards Celebration

• 8 AM - Shotgun Start
• 8 AM-5 PM Tournament Fishing - lines must be out of the water by 5 PM.
• 3 PM-7 PM Weigh Station Open - NOTE: Weigh Station closes one hour earlier on day two.
• 8-10:30 PM Awards Celebration - on the beach at the Baja Cantina Beach Club. (Open to tournament participants only.)
