Pre-Arrival Shopping & Errands

Ask us about stocking your villa with food and other items prior to your arrival. We can also run errands and go shopping for you throughout your stay with us. Need the laundry picked up? No problem! No request is too small or too large. 

Cooking Classes

Embark on a unique culinary experience and learn to prepare authentic Mexican & other international recipes in the comfort of your Los Cabos villa rental. Learn our favorite dishes with our good friend Pia Quintana, who is a well-regarded Mexican chef. 

Private Butler 

Our villas come complete with a Lifestyle concierge who assures all the details of your Los Cabos vacation are taken care of before your arrival and throughout your stay. However, for those who prefer a full-time staff at your service, our personal butlers are attentive and will anticipate your unexpressed desires and needs.

Babysitting

We all need a bit of quiet time to enjoy ourselves. Our sitters are fully trained by the Red Cross, so you can rest assured your little ones are in good hands. Don't worry about tending to your kids the entire time you're in Mexico, you deserve a vacation from them too!

Guests who are staying in a Lifestyle villa get to enjoy daily complimentary housekeeping Monday through Saturday. Sundays and Mexican holidays are available at an extra cost. The success of our property management company in Los Cabos is in part, due to the detailed housekeeping services provided by our internal staff.

Lifestyle Villa Services FAQs

When staying in one of our luxury villas in Los Cabos, you don't have to worry about a thing! From grocery shopping to babysitting, we offer a variety of services to fit your every need. Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions about our services for you to review before your arrival.

1. What are your reservation and cancellation policies?

A: Reservation and cancellation policies are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior for all major holiday reservations. 
• A Damage deposit of $1,000 USD is required for all reservations and is refundable 2-3 weeks after departure. 
• Any changes or cancellations made more than 45 days prior to a non holiday arrival are subject to a 10% service charge. 
• Any changes or cancellations made less than 45 days prior to a non holiday arrival are refundable only if the villa is re-rented and is subject to a 10% service charge. 
• Any early departure from the property will result in the full stay charge. 
• HOLIDAYS: Any changes or cancellations made on a holiday reservation are refundable only if the villa is re-rented and is subject to a 10% service charge. If the changes are made more than 90 days prior to the holiday arrival and we are unable to re-rent the villa you will receive a credit valid within the next 12months. Any changes or cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival that we are unable to re-rent will charged full price. 

2. Does the housekeeping help wash our clothes? 

A: Personal laundry is not among the tasks of our housekeepers. Should you require help, you may ask your housekeeper directly and pay for the service separately. This charge cannot be added to your final bill. The company does not take any responsibility on this agreement between the client and the housekeeper.

3. Can we have a butler? 

A: Yes, in addition to your Personal Concierge, we offer butler services upon request at additional charge. Our personal butlers are attentive and will anticipate your unexpressed desires and needs. Whether staying in our villa or another residence in Cabo we are here to serve you. A minimum of 3 hours service is required.

4. Can you purchase my groceries? 

A: Yes, for all of our Los Cabos rentals we include the purchasing and pre-stocking of items service for your arrival. No request is too small or too large. Lifestyle Villas guests enjoy pre-arrival grocery shopping for only $35 USD (groceries not included). Purchases over $350USD will result in an additional 10% surcharge.

 

5. Do you offer babysitting services? 

A: Yes, we all need a bit of quiet time to enjoy ourselves. Our sitters are fully trained by the Red Cross, so you can rest assured your little ones are in good hands. A minimum of 3 hours service is required.

6.  What services are available in case of an emergency? 

A: We work with Amerimed Hospital to offer the most professional and bilingual local emergency service. In case medical air evacuation becomes necessary, we work with ATI Med Assure who offers annual memberships starting at $199 USD per person.

Massages - Ranging from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes, we have a variety of massages to help you relax. Choose from our couples massage, 4 hands massage or stone massage. Aromatherapy oils or therapeutic hot water pillows are also available.

Facials - To nourish and soften your skin, try one of our amazing facials. Choose from the following: a stimulating facial, deep pore cleansing facial, collagen moisturizing facial, or a combo deluxe anti-aging 4 layers facial. You can also combine a facial with a massage.

Body Treatments - If you want to cleanse your body of toxins, check out our body treatments. Pick from a body salt glow (full body oatmeal scrub), cucumber wrap (helps with sunburn skin), and seaweed or moor mud body wraps.

Manicures and Pedicures - Our manicures will make you look and feel wonderful! Get a regular spa manicure or pedicure, or take advantage of our combo pedicure with 30 minutes of reflexology.

For Gentlemen - Men need to be pampered too. We offer a gentleman's manicure & pedicure, a gentleman's facial or try the "Just for Him" package that combines a buff manicure and pedicure with a 60-minute deep tissue massage and a gentleman's facial.

Spa Packages - For our spa lovers that want to take advantage of more than one of these relaxing services, we have designed a variety of packages for you to choose from. Indulge yourself with one of these Spa packages:

• Roll Out the Red Carpet! - A 60-minute aromatherapy or deep tissue massage with a calming seaweed facial.
• Massage Madness! - A full body exfoliation scrub with a 60-minute deep tissue massage and a pampering facial. 
• A Dream Come True! - A full body aromatherapy exfoliation and a 90-minute deep tissue massage. 
• Just for You! - A combo deluxe anti-aging facial and a 45-minute massage, including a spa manicure and pedicure with a 60-minute aromatherapy massage and a hydrating collagen voile facial. 

Local Inspired Treatments -  Try our Mexican Spa Ritual (our highest recommendation)! Begin with a cup of organic herbal tea, followed by 15 minutes of stretching assisted by your therapist. This will warm up your body and prepare you for the Mexican Ritual. With the use of fresh herbs, aromatherapy oil and fresh mango/papaya paste to exfoliate, you'll feel re-energized and improve your circulation. To complete this ritual, enjoy a 60-minute traditional Mexican massage using only the healing indigenous techniques. We recommend that you rest an extra 10 minutes on completion of the ritual.

Mexican Manicures and Pedicures - Try our Mexican ritual manicure or pedicure featuring papaya/mango and herbs.

For Your Wedding - Are you planning a wedding in Los Cabos? Our spa services include hair & make-up services. You can also choose from these specialized packages designed just for the bride and groom:

• Here Comes the Bride - Pampering facial, 45-minute massage, spa manicure and pedicure, hair and make-up. 
• It's All About Romance - Begin with our 90-minute Bio-Energy Massage, using 5 different aroma oils, followed by an aromatherapy and a rose petals bath soak. You will find yourself surrounded by the right amount of candles to set the mood, soothing romantic music and fresh rose's petals. It's truly a wonderful experience that we highly recommend! 

The Pamper Package - Enjoy a full spa manicure and pedicure, plus a 20 minute chair massage for each person in your group. Price is based on the number of people in your group.

Bridesmaids in Paradise - Everyone can enjoy a 60-minute aromatherapy massage, combined with a stimulating facial. This is a relaxing package for any size group you have!
